This is an action for damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision in the intersection of 33rd Street and Robert Gillham Road in Kansas City, Missouri. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment for $2000. Defendant appealed. On March 13, 1961, plaintiff was driving an automobile with her two children as passengers on their way to school which was about two blocks east of the intersection where the collision occurred. Plaintiff was taking the same route that she usually drove to the school.
